I never reported my abuser. For a number of complex reasons, personal to me. Certainly not because I’m weak or because there’s a question about what happened. Don’t blame girls for not reporting immediately or even ever because you just don’t know what their situation is. X

Had a dream about my Dad last night. In my dream he was alive and talking and walking…when I woke up he was so fresh in my mind the fact that he’s still gone was a huge surprise. He’s been gone 9 years and it’s still completely unbelievable. It was lovely to see him though.
