@cleckylad This is utterly disgraceful customer svce from Argos. I hope @ArgosHelpers are able to sort it out for you. If their delivery drivers are not capable of taking away old appliances Argos shouldn't be charging £20 for that service & not to leave the new one for you is outrageous!

@DrDomPimenta If I could easily get there on foot then yes any time, night or day. I don't drive and the buses stop hours before that so it really depends how far it is. If they wanted to come direct to me then I am also available for a vacc jab at any time 24/7.
