@jc_cummins I haven't had a respiratory virus in 2 years. Thanks to KN95 masks that I wear in shared breathing space indoors whenever NSW daily Covid cases are higher than a few hundred - throughout the past 12 months obviously. Highly recommend. 👍

@YouAreLobbyLud I haven’t had any respiratory illness since April 2021. Just finished my 3rd winter with no respiratory illness. Must be the KN95s I wear at every indoor venue apart from my own home. Everyone around me has been sick. Some repeatedly. Freedom from illness feels fantastic!

In 18th century centralised English authorities described Scottish Highlanders in dehumanising terms. Violence, dispossession and cultural destruction accompanied these beliefs.
