OH--Funny exchange just now in cafe . Backpacker working on her laptop turned to guy at next table and asked if he had an "outlet" and he thought about it for a minute and said "kickboxing". And she looked really confused and said "for my laptop"😹

with the run on supermarkets - can I recommend fasting? For my book Wellmania - I didn't eat anything for 2 weeks - just Chinese herbs. I was very weak & I couldn't;t get out of bed for a week, had strange dreams, lost 15kg. week 2 I felt invincible. do not take my health advice
