my yoga class alone costs £175 a month, gym £24, eating clean and high quality every month can easily cost me £200-250. If I dont pack a lunch I can easily spend £15 in a day. even having the time and the luxury to exercise, to shop carefully and mindfully is ridiculously hard

I would love to pay like 4k to go to a gorgeous relaxing retreat for a month or more on a remote island where we are fed like once a day or even once a week and do pilates, yoga, walk, meditate and do deep inner work and lose tons of weight and discover ourselves

when I put my hands on my hips and feel them, boots being loose around my calves, suddenly being able to fold up like never before, bracelets and rings not fitting, clothes suddenly look better, difficulty shaving my armpits, lots of muscle definition, bras no longer fit

what u need to do bb is eat as much as what you want for the next 3 days because u are reactive eating, try to eat high volume but low cal, like very big salads, drinks lots of water. work out, drink and sleep a lot too, reduce caffeine and sugar intake until your body -

as a med student it’s hard to admit but encountering obese patients in hospital is so so so sad and it drives me to maintain at LEAST a bmi under 25 for the rest of my life
that person is literally insane… i find it hard because 10lbs on a short person makes a world of difference in the mirror but 10lbs for me literally makes zero impact 😕 and then on top of that the plateaus are harder to break because due to having more mass u retain more water
sometimes I really hate what I’m eating and it’s not hitting the spot but because I already logged the cals and started eating I force myself to eat it because I would rather die than suffer not knowing my exact intake when I already calculated it 😭😭

Kiwi, chia seeds, raspberries. I force myself to eat 28g of chia seeds and 300g of raspberries every other day for 30g of fibre, I shit every day now
my new rules for myself
- only eat between 12-6pm
- cannot start eating if I haven’t hit 10k steps for that day. if I do not want to exercise I will fast
- weight lifting two times a week
- protein over anything. as low carb as possible

I’m 22 and the skinniest I’ve ever been so nope. What I’d say is that my face is more mature and I’ve grown into my features, my hips are way wider like I don’t even have hip dips anymore. My cognition is different yet sharper, I’ve noticed I can regulate my emotions with ease-
which caused this big big relapse. I have always struggled with an ED but the idea of spending all my life in a fat or obese body is insane because I know I want to live like in a skinny body. So I’m doing this for myself, because I deserve to feel beautiful and thin and pretty

and I actually just ‘stop’ doing things. Like for example, if a man is acting up, I will just stop talking to him and not thinking twice, I’ll cut people off etc. The other thing I noticed is that certain unhealthy habits I used to have my body can’t tolerate anymore

recently when it comes to getting my steps in I’ve been so demotivated… like it takes so much time and I just wish there was a better way to burn calories because walking 4-5 hours everyday just takes up so much time and I feel like I can’t do anything else
