My first euro trip of the year is May 18th and I have to look amazing so for the next 25 days:
• Juices and vegan protein shakes with berries.
• Workout 5 days a week with 2 active rest days.
• Sleep 7-8 hours
• Drink 2L water per day
It is true that you shouldn’t worry about anything that is out of your control but you can control your cravings, your mouth and your weight. You just have to want it bad enough.
I have reached my goal. Juicing and/or eating raw fruits will always be my love. I’m back to my lw. Now i can have my first trip and enjoy food without feeling guilty. I will start again on May 25th when I come back.

• 22 days juice/fruit fast before next trip🇨🇭
• Fast Monday and Thursday
• 3 “meals” a day.
• Breakfast big fruit salad
• Lunch fruit Salad x Celery Juice
• Dinner Green juice.
• Workout 4/5 days a week (cardio x abs)
Hard work pays off. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise, your bone structure does not determine how skinny you can be, that’s a myth. Move your body with intention, eat real food, sleep and stay hydrated.
