Monday morning! TRAIN then TRADE 55 pounds on my cable rows. Up from 42 a week ago. How did I do it? I made a mistake and loaded the 55 pounds I usually do on lat pull downs and did it. Afterwards I thought - that seemed heavy, I must be tired… 🧵
