@tamarranicole That’s a doctor with a personal agenda. If he had explained to you why an epidural would have been ineffective or even harmful in your particular case, that would be different, but that response was about his personal—not medical—viewpoint. Definitely follow up with the hospital.

@Dolimac The real, and cynical, answer is that developers of AI engines need as many people as possible to feed them as large and diverse a pool of prompts as possible, to train the system without having to pay for labor. The “contestants” are basically working as AI trainers for free.

@OurShallowState Honestly, Cohen strikes me as someone who just wants to serve something larger than himself. Unfortunately, for the first half of his life, he lived in service to a rich man who was a liar and a bully. Now he’s serving democracy. He mirrors the qualities of whomever he serves.

@AGHuff @benshapiro Opposing Russia in Ukraine PREVENTS Workd War III, it doesn’t cause it. Russia has no intention of stopping if it succeeds in Ukraine, and NATO member nations that are former Soviet Republics are certainly on his list.
