On May 22nd,got home from man City away, decided to make a few lifestyle changes. I had chronic gout due to alcohol / being overweight. I was binging on Crisps, sweets, all kinds of stuff. 8 weeks on, I've lost 2 stone. I've cut most bad things out, including beer 👍😁

Any #avfc fan driving to #pnefc on Saturday, if you go up to Junction 31a, and turn left, it'll bring you in the back way to the stadium, and on a Saturday, that'll save you loads of time, avoid the town centre if you can, traffic is terrible
