@metline This is extremely poor. This is the third week of horrendous delays and cancellations. The train service & customer service is a shambles. I think customers need more than tweet apologies. You need senior managers on platforms at rush hour talking to commuters. And apologising.

Enjoyed interviewing @guidedogs Chad and his owner Dave Kent today. Have been hearing how restaurants in London turn them away because they misunderstand the law. Guide dogs are allowed in! Dave says it’s “humiliating” when it happens. #guidedog

@elfie_woods @metline @ITV @BBCNews We ran this on @BBCLondonNews in Dec: -was told by @tfl things would be better by end of Jan. Last night I spent 40 mins stuck in the Finchley Rd tunnel. A 2 hour commute home. I basically had time to eat, sleep and return to work. So fed up.

'I'm spending all my time commuting or working'

The Metropolitan Line is experiencing delays and cancellations as a signalling system is been rolled out.
