Big plyo velo day for Jans with multiple PR’s. 95.7 here as we plug along on his velo phase. Why do the Janitor? 2 Big Rocks 🪨Load into back hip more effectively 🪨Channel rotational energy into linear direction to plate (starting position makes it harder not to spin off)
