Want to let everyone know my Mom is cancer free! It's nothing short of a miracle - better than we could have hoped. The past few months, December in particular, were Hell. Hard on us, and unimaginably painful for her Thank you everyone for their thoughts and prayers! It worked!

I am a S&C Coach. I played college baseball and did a lot of 'stupid' conditioning that sucked. It didn't make me 'better' as a pitcher. Timed mile runs. Hell Day. (Yes you read that right) It absolutely made me tougher (better). It galvanized our team. My 2 cents.
