tw suicidal mention

As someone who was severely depressed/suicidal for years, I HATED when ppl told me to not k*ll myself bc to me living felt like an endless burden. So Yuji telling Megumi that he would understand if the wanted to give up is very important +
because for Megumi to get better, HE has to be the one wanting to go on. It was like that to me as well. Of course I understand what ppl were saying today. But when you are sick, everything gets distorted.
Not saying that one group is smarter or better than the other or anything, but on JJK the themes and significance of what happens matters much more than the personality of the characters as well, just as in evangelion
@satoruuu725
Also the average shonen consumers who like him bc "he is so strong"....imagine completely missing the point of the character like that (reminds me of breaking bad fans who love walter white for the wrong reasons)
@duskgumi
When Megumi felt something when Yuji passed by him he was probably feeling the box. Yuji didn't have the finger with him but he had the empty box
@FallenAngelJ4Y
Thank you for writing this! I get the people that were frustrated she came back in the last minute, so seing ppl who, like me, are satisfied with the outcome is nice!
@r1rang
I feel like everytime someone on here says that Geto is ugly they make him EVEN more beautiful. Like, we have some ugly Gojos in later chapters but Geto keeps getting drawed like a god. Gege WANTS him to look pretty
@kendallhosseini
I love that video where he was doing an interview with emily blunt and then kieran shows up and hugs him and brian immediately looks grumpy
@ellen_viana
I commented this a few months ago but I find it interesting that Yuki is holding Jupiter in her jjk volume cover because jupiter "was supposed to be a star but failed"
@munDlLFari
I think jjk is about new generation breaking cicles. Some of the things that happened in Gojo's generation are different now with Yuji's generation. Like how Geto's trauma and Yuji are similar, but Yuji has support from his friends. And the abuse that Toji suffered +
My husband watching jjk s1, his impressions so far:
- His fave character is Nanami
- Laughed his ass of with Todo
- Thinks Megumi has feelings with Yuji
- Said jjk is pretty gay overall
@netunnia
Minha irmã conhece uma menina q tava fazendo ic num lab de neurociências e um dia ela sem querer deixou a gaiola dos ratos aberta. Destruiu o experimento todo 🤡
@psychewritesbs
When you finish eva I think you'll understand what I'm trying to say better lol. But yeah, even tho I haven't watched other big shonens jjk already feels different from the "usual" of the genre.
I actually like Megumi's conclusion, he isn't back to square one. He values his own life right now. He wants to live! But he is not yet ready to say he lives for himself. Right now, finding a reason to live for him, after all he's been through, that's enough.
@morbidcatlad
I agree with you. Although I think he wrote gj and gt liked he wanted to, ppl saying that him making Gojo/Geto explicitly queer would have the same impact as Kirara?? Like?? Are you for real rn??
@yuritafushi
These ppl are funny because sometimes they make it more gay 😂. "Oh I kiss my buddy all the time, but that doesn't mean anything. We are just best friends!"
Yeah it's not like gege mentioned more than once that he likes reading BL, gj and gt's relation being heavily inspired by one of such BLs...my brother in christ the call is coming from inside the house!
Ppl complain about how Gege fumbled jjk. I don't think jjk would be jjk without gege's writing. How many authors could pull of so many plotpoints like that?
@itadomain
HAHAHAHAHAH oh but to be fair viado is a term that has been taken back by the lgbt community for a while so mostly ppl who use it are gays LMAO
Y’all have no idea what this bronze means. There’s barely any investment in Olympic sports in Brazil, only soccer. These women have funded themselves for the majority of their lives. Rebeca came from the favelas. These are super heroes who have beat all odds.
