Looks bad … but I’d love to see that graph incorporate the year over year increase in “regulations” and “requirements” from insurance and government agencies. The bodies needed to keep up is insane!!! Demand drives the market… that’s true here as well.
After hearing from my daughters that the needed some “daddy alone time” I made the brave decision to take them on a trip all by myself. Leaving mother at home. Heading to Grenada via NY.. hope Henri doesn’t spoil our plans.

The true mark of a leader. No need to follow the crowd and get caught up in the moment. Those penalty saves won the match so the gave the goalkeeper his due recognition.
Join us in room 203 for our ready to launch program. We will be meeting medical studentsinterested in cardiology to interact with them and give tips for success and hands on demonstration of our devices.

This is so so horrible on so many levels. My heart aches for the parents of these babies. It’s also sad that every minuscule accusation against a physician is taken up as a matter of priority but this was allowed to continue despite multiple attempts by physicians to investigate.
So please tell me more about how medicine has changed when a president of a whole surgical society chose this as his hill to die on… let me go find some bootstraps to pick up

If CT is not gated the movement of the heart/pericardium causes an artifact mimicking moderate or large pericardial effusion …especially if the pericardium is a bit thick and patient is tachycardia. You cannot judge the size of a pericardial effusion from a non gated CT.

First inject IC vasodilator to make sure you are not dealing with vasospasm. All other vessels are pristine and patient is young. If true disease would offer a MIDCAB Lima to LAD. PCI with imaging as a last option … and NO .. I would not “nail” the ostium, very difficult.

Because PCI docs prescribe OMT. Why do some docs feel the need to disparage others cause they don’t do what they do? I am a “PCI doc”. I am an “Interventionalist”. I do prescribe OMT. I do place stents. I do diagnose and treat many other conditions. Because I am a Doctor.

PCI can be done if we want to do it. Should it be done is the question. This is a case where I tell the patient “I can do PCI but PCI is not what you need. You need CABG. If you want PCI then you’ll have to find someone else. I’m not doing what I don’t think is right for you”.

This cannot be said enough. Talking about diversity without creating the vehicle or platform for it to take root and thrive cannot be seen as anything more than pretense. Intentions without action is useless especially when the action 100% depend on you.
