SOURDOUGH GOLDFISH 🐟 Add 100g starter, 100g AP flour, 5g salt, 60g room temp butter & 225g shredded cheddar in food processor until a dough forms Wrap & chill for 30+ mins. Rest on counter 20 mins & roll out 1/8" thick. Cut out shapes & bake @ 350° for 12 mins. So good 🤤

If you're like me & cake frosting is way too sweet, here is a stabilized whip cream for icing cakes! 🧵 -Whip 2-1/4 c. cold heavy cream & 1 c. full fat Greek yogurt on medium until it gets some body to it. -Add 1/2 c. powdered sugar & 2 t. vanilla paste until it has soft peaks.
