Let's understand how bad this defamation case is for Kari Lake. Kari said she would fight and "never surrender," but surrender she just did. Kari initially denied defaming @stephen_richer or making false statements, yet she NEVER showed ANY evidence that her statements were true.

Finchem, Kern & Gosar filed a frivolous defamation claim against Charlene Fernandez. Their case was dismissed & they were assessed $75,000 in attorneys fees. They appealed. They lost again. It looks like they will get to add $56,000 MORE in attorneys fees. Winning!
