This one caught me, because Little Man seems to be right that size and age. I am tired of running up to the AZ Legislature to testify that bills are dangerous or unconstitutional or both. Time to write the next AZ Red Flag Law. Let's go on the offensive.

Warning: this is a tough read, but necessary. And, it reminds me I will never stop fighting for a red flag law in AZ. 1/2 Importantly, when the father, who lost his daughter in the Parkland shooting is asked about hope, he has a REAL specific answer.

My 1st act as a newly elected prosecutor was to immediately cease to seek the death penalty on any case. Turns out the data was correct: very real savings in human life, office labor & resources, and taxpayer dollars. Let's grow this movement:

Today, 56 elected prosecutors called for an end to the death penalty & urged all DAs to refuse to seek death sentences against people with intellectual disabilities. We cannot pursue justice while our country continues to execute the unluckiest among us.
