Tim Stringham is a veteran of both the United States Army and Navy, including a tour of Afghanistan in 2012. He is a candidate for Maricopa County Recorder.
Lauren and I decided to make a drastic course correction in our lives in order for me to run for Maricopa County Recorder because we saw this coming even back then.
For all of my Republican friends who are hoping and waiting for the days of the old Republican Party to return -
We may suddenly be famous, but we’re still out in the sun pounding away with a hammer I borrowed from a friend.
Some campaigns spend $30 per sign on installation, I’m not throwing away a dime of anyone’s hard-earned money on something I can do myself.
I am absolutely thrilled by the level of support and enthusiasm that we’ve been receiving and I am confident that we can win this race - but we’re along way from winning it.
The fact is, I need your help, folks.
The race for Maricopa County Recorder is the single most
Adolf Hitler entered the 1936 Olympic stadium to these words, which are no longer a part of the German National Anthem due to their association with Nazi Germany. Senator Wendy Rogers should be expelled from the Republican caucus for her outrageous ode to the Third Reich.
Yep, I went to Chicago.
Three Secretaries of State and hundreds of people from around the country took the time to hear about the Maricopa County Recorder election.
It’s not a surprise that this group of individuals keeps losing elections in Arizona. Here’s what they don’t understand:
People are not their political party, nor does anyone have a duty to vote for a politician because of their party affiliation.
Regardless of your party,
Every candidate who has run before kept telling me to take a second and enjoy voting for myself… well, truthfully, I forgot. I voted on the first day of early voting alongside Adrian Fontes and then I rushed out to head to the next event.
A couple people have now sent me some

is bringing together Democrats, Independents, and Republicans to support his run for Maricopa County recorder. Over 60% of Arizonans live in Maricopa and Tim is the right person to protect the integrity of its elections.
Apparently when you become the Democratic nominee your picture suddenly has to have a blue filter on it.
I didn’t like it at first, but it’s growing on me,

It’s been a long Saturday already! Got up at 4AM to get out there and deliver some yard signs - we have thousands of requests, please consider reaching out to your local Democratic Legislative District if you want one faster.
Why am I getting up at 4AM instead of letting the
I am proud to share that, in the third quarter, we received contributions from over 3,900 individual contributors from 49 states, including Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico. Thousands of people nationwide are standing with us to protect the elections right here in Maricopa County.
Lauren always criticizes me for being uncool, but with my latest endorsement from the Keep Arizona Blue Student Coalition I think it's fair to say I'm pretty hip.
She committed election related crimes to try and prove there were election related crimes, failed on every level, still thinks she did the right thing.
I am honored to have the endorsement of

The hardworking people of this county deserve the option to vote early and by mail if they choose to do so.

I don’t post a lot on Twitter for this reason - there is a lot of completely unfounded drivel. I love disagreements, but nuance matters, verifiable truth matters and 280 characters or less sounds an awful lot like “newspeak” to me.
Twitter is doubleplusungood.

I remember when I was serving on active duty in the United States Navy and we were sent into quarantine for months and told we couldn't go socialize with our neighbors or attend group gatherings - my commander in chief was Donald Trump.
This will be the most important favor I ask during this campaign. No matter how you vote, I want you to visit to ensure you’re registered to vote in the upcoming general election. TODAY IS THE DEADLINE.

I appreciate your concern, and we will absolutely always uphold the law. For your consideration: the County voter rolls have actually gone down by about 200,000 in the last several years, so yes, the office is working hard to maintain the voter rolls.
I'm a 4th generation Arizonan who cares deeply about my community. Throughout my time helping others, I've seen the importance of mental health programs & services. As County Supervisor, I will work to improve the health of our communities and address our mental health crisis.

Oil production is back at record highs, there are nearly ten thousand unused oil drilling permits available and inflation is actually among the lowest in the world. Your staff ought to be educating you on these things.
@TomiLahren
I remember being on active duty in the United States Navy during Covid, I was locked down during Covid, and my Commander in Chief was a guy named Donald Trump.
I proudly served in the U.S. Army and Navy and fought for democracy overseas. January 6th motivated me to protect democracy at home. I’m incredibly grateful to have the endorsement of my fellow veterans

Why have a House Ethics Committee if they're toothless and why have Article I, Section 5 if Congressmen are going to ignore it? Serving in Congress is a privilege, not a right. Let's kick out more politicians, not fewer, if they can't uphold the highest ethical standards.
@CoffinItUp
Well the County Recorder will definitely not be indicting her in any case, but I would happily cooperate in any lawful investigation into fraud against an elected official of ANY political persuasion.
I am very thankful to Sam Kmack for his work but I would like to offer a fuller version of my thoughts than was conveyed in the article:

This endorsement means the world to me - politicians don’t provide government services, civil servants do, and I will work everyday to support the people who support us all. Thank you

Phoenix 3TV Dennis Welch just asked "Republican" Maricopa County Recorder incumbent & candidate for reelection Stephen Richer for which candidate he is going to vote in the race for President in the 2024 Election, & Stephen Richer stated he will be voting for Democrat Joe Biden.

Before the D-backs, a lot folks out here rooted for the Cubs - they used to play at Hohokam Stadium, right down the street from my great-grandmother’s house and across the street from the Mesa City Cemetery where her and my father are now buried (along with Waylon Jennings).
Until the John Lewis Voting Rights Act is passed, we must work vigilantly to ensure access to voting is free from prejudice and racial discrimination.
As Maricopa County Recorder, I pledge to uphold equality and justice for all. Together, let's work for progress and commit to a

If President Biden really is corrupt, then it is all the more disappointing that the Republicans in the House absolutely cannot get their act together. Good governance deserves diligent oversight, instead, we have a majority that cannot govern at the most basic level.

Absolutely, the debt is a concern. But it is disingenuous to suggest that this is the fault of one party. Donald Trump added $8 trillion to the national debt in a single term.

You know, I’ve actually got a good drill and I use it for yard signs, but that rebar goes in nice and easy with a pole pounder and sometimes it’s just nice to bang on something rather than listening to myself talk all day long.

That wasn’t blunt at all, I welcome the feedback. If you think this is blunt you‘re in for a rude surprise when you read the things other people say on Twitter…

I was not, because a group of bullies locked me into a small room and told me to spend the day calling people to ask for money. They may or may not be my campaign staff.

Has it occurred to you that is how the system was designed and has functioned for well over 100 years? Did you ever once complain about that feature of Arizona's Constitution prior to 2022?

Would that you had saved me before my wife saw said typo and gave me quite the lecture! Alas, the time has passed for twitter to allow me to edit the post, so the mistake is immortalized for all to see.
