@clif_high The CIA was decidely Roman Catholic and was that way up to the 1990s. It's first director was Bill Donovan who did help form the OSS. the Nat. Sec Act of '49 charted it to be "central" intelligence agency with no operational capability. But BIll wasn't having that.
