Listening to people retell stories of Jerry Riewer was a good history lesson for a young reporter like myself. It’s clear the man touch a lot of lives in his life as a teacher and coach including two pro ball players and twins broadcaster @dbremer_pxp

Jerry Riewer passed away Nov. 16 at the age of 85. He coached four different sports at Staples High School from 1964-1993.
