@neaa44 Hearing loss is a function of time, not just volume. If your watch a quiet movie with one explosion, without dynamic range compression crushing out all the audio detail, those dangerous-if-misused headphones will produce a much better experience without hurting you.

Got #pico8 running on a #RaspberryPi zero with a 128x128 LCD hat from @waveshare00 . Lots of software and hardware tweaking to do, but getting it working at all was the first big milestone. Graphics are really sharp, ignore the camera-vs-lcd moire artefacts in the photo.

@cosine_distance A lot of people use a computer almost exclusively to passively consume media. If all you do is watch videos and scroll through feeds, a tablet is pretty good. If your comments are all low effort one liners, probably still so. Keyboards are for people with things to say.

@justicearman I worked at one company with a documentation team. Every month they paired with a different department and brought all their internal docs up to date, so your docs were never more than 4-8 months out of date depending on timing. It was wonderful.

To test that, you need pre-made "right answers" to test against. Apple published a BIG set for others to use.

@DanielW_Kiwi I hate to say it, but MS Access was the best tool I ever used for this. It blows my mind that we never got a SQL frontend that just allows browsing tables and viewing/following data linked via foreign keys, let alone something with custom form capabilities.
