Urged to by my GP, I applied to receive PIP 4 times, & was rejected every time. I also appealed every time to no avail. Was once asked during this painful process when I expected my cerebral palsy “to get better”. FFS.

When I was 9 my grandparents woke me & my 6 year old brother at 6am saying the Russians had invaded & we had to escape to the coast. They shoved us in a car packed with suitcases. After a tense 5 minutes drive, they yelled “APRIL FOOL” !!!!
