@AskStevenBlack

Rize is for personal productivity use only. We don't provide tools for employee monitoring. Everyone's data is personal and cannot be shared. Thanks for thinking of us but we're not the right tool for this.
@leonLemonC
@DottChen
Twitter translate haha. If you use the promo code ALIABDAAL you get a 25 percent discount. Combine that with the 30% annual discount and Rize comes out to ~$7 per month.
We just released Firefox and Chrome Extensions to extend website categorization for all pretty much browsers out there!

@CallumUptonYT
Hey all, just following up on this. We received our upgraded cert and released a new Windows app version today. You shouldn't see anymore SmartScreen warnings moving forward. Thanks again for using Rize!
@EsmeCrutchley
@waveboxio
I'm pretty sure that Wavebox is built on Chromium so it should work if you install the Rize Chrome Extension. I've added the link below.
Let me know if that works or if you run into any issues!

@rize
.io? It's likely that there are two versions of Rize installed on your computer. We can send over instructions on how to fix via support. Super sorry about this issue!
@tweet_dispencer
We definitely plan on adding support for Firefox long-term. Rize uses AppleScript to capture the in-focus URL and Firefox does not yet support AppleScript on macOS. We plan on adding a Firefox extension so we'll keep you posted!
Productivity Reddit is one of our favorite sources of productivity knowledge out there. We compiled a list of our favorite productivity tips and learnings from Reddit Productivity.
@lks_kln
Yes! If you go to Rize > Window > Global Shortcut. You should be able to uncheck to disable it. Sorry if that conflicts with an existing shortcut. We plan on adding customizable global shortcuts and a more extensive command palette.
@chrisovett
Awesome! Glad to hear it. We're working on adding Keyword Categorization which would allow you to recategorize time based on keywords in the title of a window or a URL. We're hoping that feature will provide a solution for sub activities in Teams!
@EsmeCrutchley
@jennaredfield
@toggltrack
We're working on a Zapier integration! I'll tag you when we release it.
Just curious, what data would you like to pass from Rize into Freshbooks? Projects? Anything else?
@arukomp
We do have a status page that we've linked below. However, we haven't had any incidents within the last few days.
Mind sending us an email at support
@rize
.io with what you're seeing? We can do some debugging.
@darshil36
@leoisbiking
Thanks for thinking of us!
We have a macOS and Windows app and support website tracking on Chrome through both of them so you won't need an extension.
Let us know if you have any questions or if there's anything we can help out with!

@rpx
Thanks for signing up and apologies we don't support Firefox yet. For macOS, we rely on AppleScript and Firefox does not support AppleScript yet. We plan on building a Firefox extension to add support eventually. We'll keep you posted!
@Tuchangtt
@DottChen
Rize does support multiple devices. You can even work on multiple devices simultaneously with no double counting towards your metrics like Work Hours and Focus Time. Just be sure to log into the same account on all devices.
@Desluv5
Yup! You can track up 5 computers simultaneously and Rize will aggregate the data into one timeline with no double counting. Just be sure to log into the same account on all your devices.
@fgblanch

@rahulpnath
Hey! We no longer provide lifetime deals. I'm sorry about that. If you use the code ALIABDAAL, you can get 25% off for 3 months. We also have a free tier as well as discounts for students and nonprofits.
@lobellucci
Oh shoot! That's definitely a bug. Sorry that you're running into that. Mind shooting a messaging in the in-app support chat in the bottom right corner of your dashboard? We'll figure out what's going on.
@HeyEllwood

@chrisovett
Thanks for this feedback! We definitely need to build that Outlook integration. We also have a few features in the works that will help with this!
