Before the Mary, Did You Know? discourse begins, can we all agree that although Mary knew some of the stuff about who Jesus is and what he would do, those lyrics are an effective literary device presenting the glories of Christ through the Christmas narrative.

This take is unbelievable. HBCUs exist for a reason, which was the long-prior existence and enforcement of whites-only universities. But black people should not be proud and protective of the public symbols of how they overcame centuries of dehumanization and violence?

One thing I’d love to see develop in the church is a willingness to patiently bear w/ spiritual seekers and “deconstructors” and all manner of strugglers who profess to want to know God. Is it possible they are entering the kingdom ahead of the religiously certain & comfortable?

Friends, please pray for my new friend. Evan. The Lord led him to wander into our church yesterday during our Easter kids’ event. I was able to share Christ w/and pray w/ him and give him a Bible. He definitely needs the hope only Jesus can give. Pray that the Lord would draw him

The contempt directed at Christian women, especially those who advocate for other women and sexual abuse survivors, by Christian men on this app is one of a few things that makes me want to permanently shut down my account. Disagreement isn’t the issue. Sin is.

I didn’t realize what joy it would bring to my soul to introduce my children to Calvin and Hobbes and watch them love it as I have for so long.

Joe Biden and Donald Trump have officially secured enough delegates to become the Democratic and Republican nominees for President, cementing a rematch between the two in November.

You can tell who a man really is by the way he speaks to and about women, children, and those more advanced in age.

If I never do anything “significant” in this life other than be husband to this woman and father to these children, it would be enough. So grateful to God for these, who though I fail them, love me so well anyway. I am truly blessed.

An important, just and sane development. What Biden-Harris put forward here was not only illegal, it was scientifically fictitious. Let's pray for an end to this destructive ideology.
