If you want to be healthy, do the opposite of what the government is telling you to do. Red meat, salt and butter are absolutely fine for you. Being sedentary, scrolling, processed foods, sugars, energy drinks and a lack of protein is not.

Ohhhh...Max the insanely hard headed boxer/pitbull used all his weight to headbutt me in the face in the middle of the night my accident when being shift to the other side of the bed. I thought he broke my damn cheekbone. Good: He didn't. Bad: It truly hurts to laugh today.

I lost Pax yesterday and am devastated. He had a stroke. One minute he was fine... And then he was vomiting, then paralyzed. It was shocking how fast it happened. He had a seizure and died in the backseat waiting for the vet to bring a gurney. *Sigh*. He was so loved. 🐾💙
