Given we've 32 Councils applying STL legislation differently it'll be a patchwork but #Edinburgh & #Glasgow seem to have it in for local operators of S/C businesses despite less than 1% of homes being for this purpose. This crude approach will break tourism #SaveSC @ASSCnews
