Google RSAs: Some experts say pin some parts, pin none, or even pin ALL. We wouldn't recommend more impressions at cost of conversions. The answer seems to be "do whatever is currently working"

These aren't good for beginners. They are a necessary checkbox for running accounts for clients - clients want to make sure you're certified, and see that seal on your website. That's about all it does. Anyone actually running ads doesn't use anything from the cert
PPC Tip - Don't use Performance Max for lead generation ad campaigns. It usually brings in low quality leads, if it works at all.

A2 Nearly everyone wants to see ROI metrics - leads, cost per lead, sales, revenue, ROAS, etc. Even TOF needs to contribute to these. Beginners need to quickly focus on these, and not get lost in 20 other KPIs as the main focus (CTR, QS, Optimization Score, etc.)

"Step out of your comfort zone" is terrible advice. If you focus on something you are good at, enjoy, and comfortable in then your career will excel. Putting effort into something you hate/are bad at, don't enjoy, won't work long-term.

For lead gen, if it works at all, it needs to be something with a wide range of long-tail keywords that still make sense - home services, real estate, etc. It can also work with switching from manual cpc after 6-12m of data

Tip 2: Do a Google search for them. If they don't exist outside of their YT, Ad, or Landing Page they are almost always a scam.
Tip 3: Check the LinkedIn profile of the creator, if they have had a
Differentiating between gurus and true experts is crucial. Watch out for red flags in their language and claims. If a dollar-a-day strategy promises big results, be skeptical. Why sell education if they're already making money?
