At the capcom cup ed setup and there are some balance changes in this patch. Amensia has heavy scaling, ken throw loops are gone (not all), and jamie keeps lvl 2 drinks ive found so far

some anti lily tech for stuff I see people getting hit by: 1. drive reversal beats stocked condor clean unless it is perfectly spaced or meaty 2. button into L or M charge is punishable on reaction with DI 3. stocked divekick is -19, so you can punish with DR into an 8f button

for the discourse over why the @SPM_CABA ex fk didnt chip kill- on crouchers, the 2nd hit will always whiff AND there is a weak and strong hit that does 175 vs 250 on crouching and 325 vs 400 on standing. caba got weak hit on a croucher which is why the dmg was so low
