Schools here is the DATA....Don't STOP! Basketball-376 cases / 36,000 players = 1% Hockey- 256 cases / 3,200 players = 8% (non-school youth/travel hockey as well) Wrestling- 190 cases / 10,000 wrestlers = 1.9% Cheer56 cases / 6,600 athletes = .8% 878 cases / 55,800 = 1.5%

Explain this... @MDHHS_Director @GovWhitmer When we started PRACTICE 3 weeks ago on Jan 12th the 7-day avg was 3,029 cases. Today..... The 7-day avg was 1,461 cases Wow....These INDOOR sports are really driving the numbers up. @MHSAA

First...It was a major spike coming after Thanksgiving. Then...It was a major spike is coming after Christmas & New Years. Now... The "new variant" is going to crush MI when all other states have not altered their strategy. When is it going to stop! Never unless we demand it.

Something is not adding up. Football teams (40-50 Players) practiced INDOORS 50% of the time the last 3 weeks - many in HS gyms that don't have access to domes. Volleyball practiced INDOORS 100% of the time. 99% of players tested NEGATIVE. @MHSAA @MDHHS_Director @GovWhitmer

The myth of INDOORS and KIDS... Winter Sports have been practicing INDOORS for 14 days with no issues -- cases have gone down. Fall Sports (Football) practiced INDOORS (gyms and domes) for the past 4 weeks and 99% of kids tested NEGATIVE. @GovWhitmer @MDHHS_Director @MHSAA

How in the heck do you leave your team for spring break and still be in the tournament? Florida will still be there but playing in the state tournament for many is their last shot. Guess it does not mean enough!

Not a better basketball coach — it does not matter what level. I studied everything they did for years hoping we could get to that level someday. When “Fife” walked in the gym there was an aura about him, it was different. I guess that is what you call a LEGEND.

Is the new thing in high school basketball @mhsaa ADULTS sitting in the front rows heckling and cussing at KIDS. No administrators. No police. Refs do nothing. Nobody does or says a thing. Major issues coming if not dealt with. 4X just this week I have seen it! Not safe!

Let this sink in for a minute.....Kids are mandated to take a test to play sports....Kids have nearly a 100% survival rate and.......99% are never even hospitalized. What the heck is going on?
