A wrong setting results in a failed transaction. Her it was set to 0, you basically had no chance of a successful mint. That's not on eth but on them.

The "Fair Value" does not take the lottery into account. You could get many more tickets if you just buy a bunch of floor RSICs, so the real multiplier should be lower. This is calculated on the assumption that each RSIC mines 1m runes on average.
