Before friends in media ask me to translate SOCIAL DISTANCING, it translates perfectly into Urdu. The word is مُقاطَعَہ which has come into Urdu from the Arabic. مُقاطَعَہ = مل ملاپ چھوڑ دینا، علاحدگی اختیار کرنا The word also means boycott, ostracization, etc.
