I hope that folks realize the chaos and hard work that high school AD’s have had to deal with the past few months. Kudos to all of them for cobbling together what they can, and making things work the best they could for their teams. Great job!
Apparently our son has turned into a big
@Timberwolves
fan and likes to share his fandom with others. I sent him to daycare with some Wolves rally towels and this is what happened.

Today marks 20 years with the
@Timberwolves
and
@minnesotalynx
….wow has time flown! The uniforms, players and coaches have changed over the years but it’s been a blast to be a part of. I’ve been so fortunate to live out a dream. Can’t wait to see what’s ahead!
When your daughter’s 3-4 grade house basketball team matches up against this type of an assistant coach you know you’re in for a long day.
@JonKrawczynski
This is the 30th season of Timberwolves basketball and I have been working here for over half of them. As we head into our home opener tonight, I continue to realize how lucky I am to be working in the NBA and starting my 16th season with the team.

So glad we were able to honor and recognize Coach Mike Dreier from New London-Spicer as he is the all-time winningest coach in Minnesota high school basketball history - boys OR girls with 1,068 wins!
Excited to announce that I have started my own podcast called The Bare's Den. Looking forward to speaking with guests in the basketball community. The first episode features
@ephoops
boys coach Dave Flom.

#suitsandsneakers
week at work today as part of
@CoachesvsCancer
in your honor. Love you dad!
Want to take this time to acknlowdege and thank
@1Tyus
for all he has done for the
@Timberwolves
organization, such a classy person and great player. Thank you!
I am saddened to hear of the passing of
@Braymond23
. I’m so glad we were able to get him to a Wolves game last year. Thoughts and prayers to
@CoachKRaymond
and family.
One thing that we’re working on getting better at as a family is giving. For the past 6 years my wife and I have not given each other Christmas presents and instead we are using that money to give to a charity. This year we are giving to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
I don’t know this Mom,
@kzmomx3
, or her kid. Her post about a role on a team is a must read. A hard part about being a varsity coach is keeping everyone happy. We simply can’t. We are charged with winning. Doesn’t mean some of us don’t try and provide a great experience for all.
Our 93rd and final youth game of the season was just completed. Thanks to these Chaska 8th grade boys and the nearly 200 other teams that participated this season in our “play where the pros play” program!
Episode 3 is out w/
@MinnesotaHeat
president
@Willie_Vang
joining me to talk spring/summer hoops, recruiting & starting the program his freshman year of college.

A day in the life of
@itsmclaughlin11
today for
@Timberwolves
media day. For those fans that don’t already know Jordan is an awesome guy and I’m looking forward to seeing more of him this season.
Honored to be a part of the National High School Coaches vs Cancer Council. Rocking this awesome tie and sneakers tonight for

week, thanks to
@ryantanke
.
@CoachesvsCancer
Had lunch with
@MinnesotaMunn
today and among other things that were discussed was fan experience and how to better for the coming season. No one cares more and the Wolves are lucky to have him.
As the vice president of fan experience, Jeff Munneke might have the toughest job in local sports, and he is one of the longest-tenured of Minnesota sports executives. Column from
@SouhanStrib
Man, was that fun! What an atmosphere for the
#FinalFour
last night and two very exciting games. Texas Tech crowd really brought it. Happy to be a part of it.

Took a moment today to recap the last few weeks here at Target Center & we’ve had some fun with a lot of basketball groups coming through. Looking back over the last 37 days we’ve been able to host 51 youth games and another 25 JV/varsity games. Thanks to all that were apart!
Big game coming to

The fun starts today - MN boys state high school basketball tourney here
@TargetCenterMN
Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and some great games. Good luck to all teams!
For any interested Wolves fans out there, my 4-year old son and I just simulated tonight’s game on the basement hoop. He was the Wolves and I was the Grizzlies. Final score Wolves 30 and Grizzlies 20.

Forgot to post this beauty from last night. Packed Twins game and home Lynx game going on last night with full parking ramp and this person thinks this was a good move.

First youth basketball game in 20 months! I missed it! Was awesome to see kids back on the court, smiling and having fun. Thanks Tonka 4th graders!!

Coach Finch speaking to the
@MN_BCA
coaches today for their annual clinic. Grateful that he is willing to share his time and knowledge with this group.
Just watched this powerful documentary on the history of African Americans in this country. If you want a history lesson on why things are the way they are or why people of color are hurting I would suggest giving this a watch. Very well done and also very informative.
I continue to believe that one of the most powerful things you can give another person is "belief" in them. Watch what happens to a person when they are supported by another. Amazing!
Since there is no basketball being played right now each day I’m going to share 1 b-ball highlight or story from my job over the years. This is my favorite clip from 2016 of my guy Mason. He was a 4th grader at the time. This is what my job is all about.
