my new calorie tracking app just kept me from eating a whole pizza (around 1000 cals) so I'm eating half now for dinner and half tomorrow for lunch, total cals of the day 904

honestly don't have a very low cal limit. it doesn't matter if you eat 400 or 700 calories, you'll lose the same but you'll feel way worse. not worth it
