give you better guidance but I honestly don’t have any. Another thing I did was go to a programs website, find someone doing research, and email them with my CV attached. I got a couple responses this way and set up 1 interview. But in the end I went with (2/3)

@DOResMatch It’s easily the hardest class for me. I wish it came to me as easy as others but it simply doesn’t. I absolutely think it’s an amazing skill to have and I wish I was better at it.

A couple weeks ago I was miserable, tired and just hungry/not wanting to cook. My med school bestie had me come over like 3xs that week to eat. Today I had some food I brought from home my mom cooked me and without even thinking about it I texted her telling her to come get some

One of the things I appreciate most about 3rd year is just the ability to learn so much. I knew pretty early on that I wanted to go into surgery but I didn’t know much about the other fields. And my God the work I get to see every single day makes me appreciate medicine and

because I knew she was probably too tired to even think after her shift today. Med school has really created such a beautiful sense of community (or its us trauma bonding 😂). I really don’t take for granted anything someone has done for me while I’ve been in school.
