16. if you have an event that requires you to eat alot plan meals the week ahead and eat less leading up to the event, fast the next day and drink lots of water. the next week youโ€™ll probably look even smaller bc the big intake will boost your metabolism and burn all that fat.

20.last but not least pamper yourself. take a long bath, exfoliate, use your favorite lotion and perfume, find a nice outfit and take your time on makeup and hair. that can be 3 hours of a distraction and all of you will look and feel beautiful after. plus you deserve it ๐Ÿ˜˜
