I can swear that in the Criminal Procedure Bench Book they're clear that if a judge relies on an irrelevant factor at sentencing such as "prevalence of the crime" That's a ground for appeal Yet no one appealed Jowie's sentence when the judge cited femicide and Jowie being single

@NjengaKiambuthi @droid254 Youre half right.. but its bevause thanks to geography, their problems are ours. They spill over. When you have a human rights crisis in Somalia or Ethiopia, those guys are going to seek refuge in the next best place... and all roads lead to Kenya.

@OlindPaul Is there ever an attack that we don't know about before hand and our security forces are somehow complicit? Garissa University .. plain as day that it's the same case again. We have actionable Intel that people conveniently ignore. Some people make bank off of dead Kenyans.

Okiyah Omtatah for President is actually something I will wake up to go and vote for 😂 Not that one man can change a country, but that's only true for economics. One man can change the country on the Human Rights front, and Rule of Law and that's good enough. Economy tutafix

@Innominate_8 This is actually true. It's policy not to try and jail bang smokers that much because otherwise, we'd jail everyone. So, if you have any plausible mitigation, they will let you walk.. a stupid slight fine or a slight jail term. No one is interested in jailing weedsmokers.
