Hey @SoundTransit & @kcmetrobus , shout out to the operator on the ST 545 coach 9680 that left Olive and 8th at 8:30! They were funny, kind, fast, informative and made the whole bus load of people’s day better! 🚌

Uber's pitch to transit agencies vs the reality: - Uber has helped to decrease US bus ridership by 1.7% - Half of Uber drivers make less than $10/hour - Only 554/118,000 of Uber's vehicles in NYC are accessible Sounds great 🙃
