@DeVerdadera1 From a humble old, unknown cardiologist. Hell yes, follow the lead of your EP cardiologist. I too am seeing lots and lots of arrhythmias, many other cardiac and vascular abnormalities as well as autonomic nervous system abnormalities pst COVID. But what do I know??

@FourWinns298 WHAT?????? That is obscene. Good for you for telling them off. That child does not understand consequences, because they have not been taught properly. It could, have been fatal for the child. Terrible, irresponsible parent behaviour.

Superb thread about the cruel, eugenicist mask bans proposed in North Carolina. This will happen all over Canada, the USA, Western Europe and many other countries without fierce opposition. Thank you for your courage and integrity, @broadwaybabyto . Idiot trolls get blocked.

It took me years to admit I was disabled. I was scared of judgement & discrimination. But even my worst fears didn’t come close to what I feel now. I’ve never been more scared & it’s not fear of covid. I’m afraid of the rise of eugenics, anger & where society is headed. 🧵/1

@GosiaGasperoPhD 3 words: THEY DON'T CARE. We are on our own with more death and a whole bunch more disability barreling towards us. No words.

@CollignonPeter Hmmm. I see you are as bloody awful at endocrinology as you are at infectious disease and epidemiology. This tweet is beyond disgraceful.

@FourWinns298 No explanation. Where is their concern for protecting students by working for clean air in classrooms?? The world is truly upside down these days.

Well done, Ms. Nabuurs, @EmJayNabuurs , @Mark_Ungrin , and @GosiaGasperoPhD . Well done, indeed. This horrific nonsense of being untruthful about and minimizing long COVID in everyone has got to stop.

🧵on the JAMA Paediatric paper retraction: Glad to have been part of the group that spoke with U of A to clarify what was required to lodge a formal complaint, and to have contributed in small ways to the complaint, and to our letter that followed the retraction. /1

@acweyand Why?? So the hospital administrators get their bonuses and the board of directors will not forego their dividends?? That is insane and cruel.

@birgitomo All health care professionals, unless there is a very good reason, should be fully vaccinated. ALL OF THEM. The nurses should NOT be singled out for this. Any one working in congregate settings or with vulnerable people must be vaccinated.

I will sue any institution who allows my child to be bullied, particularly by adults, for wearing a mask while in their care.

@CBCFletch I am going to say a couple of very unpopular things right now. HARD lockdown for AB for 4 weeks with enforcements, vaccinate quickly and widespread with no more than a couple of days supply in freezers, appropriate financial support for those unable to work, NOT according to

@DFisman Duty of care being abandoned in droves. This is outrageous, and driven by an infect everyone policy that is the standard public health policy across Canada.
