4. working out โ˜† walk. go for a walk. please. literally all i did was walk around in my room every day. i did nothing else beside that, usually getting about 10-12k steps in! this burned around 300cals for me which is really good as walking is not exhausting for me!!

i ate pretty much whatever i wanted in small portions, staying under my limit ofc, but i tried to focus on protein, veggies and fibres and avoided sweets/junk food/unhealthy stuff at all cost. i also drank at least 1L water a day during/between my meals to get full quicker

1. some background info โ˜† (167cm, 45kg after recovery) i came back from recovery in february. i maintained/slowly lost for a few weeks, then i was stuck at 43kg for a long time. now, i went from that to 41.8kg in less than a week, 5 days to be exact

over the past few weeks i've been trying to keep my intake around 400-600 cals. I did that for three reasons; my metabolism would work better, i would have more energy to work out (more on that later!!) and i wouldn't have horrible cravings which would make me go past my limit.

3. how to deal with cravings โ˜† i have a sweet tooth, so ofc i craved sweets sometimes. if that happened, i just drank water at first. if the craving didn't go away i would either eat some apple slices or eat a single low cal (!!) cookie. that usually made my cravings go away

2. my intake โ˜† if you're on edtwt you've probably seen people do fasts for days/weeks on end or eating less than 200cals a day. i tried keeping my intake very low too, but it pretty much just killed my metabolism. that way, i just maintained for a long time

7. getting out of a plateau โ˜† like i sad before, i was stuck at 43kg for quite a long time and the simple solution for me was: not. starving. myself. as weird as it may sounds, the day when i ate around 900cals genuinely got me out of that plateau!!

i feel like our metabolisms hust get slower and slower if we constantly stay at a low intake, so we just keep maintaining. those 900 cals really boosted my metabolism and after i lowered my intake again the next day i finally started losing weight!!

but if your main goal is literally just to lose weight/burn calories, walking is perfect!! it also really helped me to finally get a thigh gap, so yay :) going for walks is also a great way to exercise if your intake isn't high or you don't have motivation!

if you can go outside for a walk i definitely recommend that, if you can't (like me) just pace in your house/room. i usually listen to music or watch videos while doing that so i don't get bored. if you want to build more muscle you should definitely do more intense workouts...
