@Twentyy2w0 @nextlevelbb I don't know man I didn't play a ounce of travel ball and still ened up throwing 90 mph and played at a legit D-2 school. Kids don't get better playing games, practice is where they get better. Games help but don't need 70 of them a summer I can promise

@Coach_DeMarco We start every practice with 3 stations just 7 min long. Staples of those stations are Daily 8 finishes, ball handling and some type form shooting. The girls know they are getting min 21 min of intentional skill work every single day
