North Bend advances to the Class C1 title game with a 39-31 win over Adams Central.
The Tigers don't make a FG for the final 13:42 of the game but go 11-for-12 on FTs in the fourth quarter to pull away.
In the last two weeks, the NBC girls have:
• Beaten the No. 4 team (at the time)
• Beaten the No. 5 team
• Taken the No. 1 team to overtime.
With one senior in the rotation.
A great springboard into next year.

Megan Ortmeier is the North Bend Physical Therapy Athlete of the Month for February. She is the Tiger girls basketball team’s leading scorer, including the district final where NBC qualified for the state tournament.
Smithfield Packages Meats of Lincoln not only provided a great smoked pulled meal for all the flood volunteers today, but also donated $7,000 to the North Bend Fire Department.
Shout out to my boys who are doing work at the Eagle office while the Publisher runs around town like chicken with his head cut off. Love you guys! Nothing sinks North Bend!
