3 yrs ago today I had my last alcoholic drink. Realised I had a problem. Didn’t realise the enormity. Was a ‘secret drinker’: drank socially, drank at home, drank alone. I hid bottles, boxes of wine & my problem well. Please RT. If it helps 1 person it’s 1 less with a problem
