I gained a lot of depression/winter weight, so I joined an 8-week fitness challenge to kickstart getting back to homeostasis. It ended yesterday, & my inBody stats are almost exactly the same. Muscle mass didn’t go up, fat mass didn’t go down, & weight stayed the same.
