Went to London. Didn’t get mugged. No one stabbed me. I wasn’t made 2 convert to Islam. I bought 3 pints all of which were cheaper than the 1 I bought in Barnsley last week. I went to the British Museum and the V&A despite it being illegal to teach British culture. Disappointing
@yoyoleo
I looked for a roadsign saying Londonistan No Go Area but couldn’t find any and Google Maps Is controlled by those who want to inject us with untried so called vaccines so couldn’t use that obviously. Very frustrating.
@Liamtracy
Market Kitchen Barnsley town Centre was 6 pound bastard 50 last Saturday which is 20p more than the most expensive of the 3 pints I had today.
@willgoose
@mrhenrymorris
Absolute bastards. I bet you couldn’t even access any services to get over the trauma because as we know all benefits and health services are strictly limited to asylum
Seekers of ‘fighting age’
@fiddik
What a bastard. Nothing worse than a foreign man of ‘fighting age’ being helpful and kind. It’s all a plan by the WEF to lure us into a false sense of friendship and multiculturalism by being nice and kind. Unforgivable.
@jk_rowling
Gone full glinner. Embarrassing. Reminds me of the hatred shown to gay people when I grew up in the 80s which ended up with the Section 28 hatred.
@studio1st
Those utter bastards praying in your vicinity. You must have found No Go Zone land. I lived in Brixton and Tottenham for years and other than a mugging or two never saw any of that nor heard of any of within the people I knew.
@LaveryForLeader

I knocked on plenty of doors in Barnsley the amount of casual and not so casual racism was pretty impressive. To deny that there is a link is beyond ridiculous.

My dad was miner. We suffered because of the attacks the Conservatives perpetrated on us. Joking about it is the last thing you should do. Any chance of an inquiry into Orgreave or scared what it will uncover?

They do seem to have the greatest level of expertise. Though in fairness they do tick up once a year I mean those war memorials don’t just piss on themselves you know.

I’m the son of a miner from a Barnsley council estate and will be voting Green not for continuing austerity from the red and Blue teams.
@cut_brick
Look I was prepared to take some risks but I’m not crazy. It’s 10 years inside isn’t it for saying your English or innocently burning down a hotel after a spot of light attacks on the police isn’t it? Woke madness
@peterjukes
I don’t think there was anything ambivalent about Corbyn. Renationalise utilities, promote social equality through progression taxation. Basically the Scandi model of socialism / economics. Mixed Keynesianism as per 45-79.
@blue_highland
The cheating is proven. I’m not a fan of any PL club. I think Pep is a genius. Some of the City players like Foden and Stones are breathtaking.
Doesn’t excuse this though.

Loving the mental acrobatics to portray May as some remain saviour and blame Corbyn. Peak centerist nonsense. Funny though.

Me (almost) I’m a long term Green voter. I abandoned Labour when it abandoned socialism. Corbyn’s policies I like and the last manifesto was a breath of fresh air. However I still held back due to the lingering Blairites. The continuing smears mean I’m now in. Sod it.

And the analysis of where the crisis has come from? An ultra right govt deliberately running down a service to privatise it and not caring if people die as a result?
@canadiancarol1
They were elected a few months ago. They have betrayed nothing. I didn’t vote for them but respectfully stop taking rubbish. The country has been run into the ground by 14 years of the most venial corrupt of all time.
@IanDunt
Wait until after he’s elected then he will pivot left. Wait until after the budget and we will see a change in direction. Wait until the end of this parliament then judge them. In a second term Labour can be bold. There you go no need to comment for 5-10 years.
Ray invented something wonderful that has kind of been lost. The gentle vignettes of everyday life told with sadness, poetry and hope.

Pretty much the entire crisis in the NHS is being under reported and when it is reported it’s merely parroting govt propaganda. Shameful.
@SaulStaniforth
No. Because their should be no coronation. If we cannot pay doctors , nurses and other front line workers prophetic we shouldn’t be spending millions on this. As one of the richest humans on the planet Charles if he wants a gold chariot can buy his own.

who were happy to not oppose the legislation that enabled the Hostile Environment which created institutionalised racism lecture those that opposed it about racism. Gotta love that lack of self awareness.
@Fathom_Editor
Cheers and thanks for Johnson, Truss and Sunak. Thanks for austerity and the Hundreds of thousands of our citizens that you were complicit in killing through austerity. Thanks for Brexit. Thanks for the Hostile Environment. Thanks for the corruption. Thanks for the lies.

When will the nation ever recover from the impact of the meteor shower that killed the dinosaurs off. I agree we need to cut her some slack. I mean you can’t expect the overnight change from the dominant species being wiped out millions of years ago to the economy in 2022

Whenever someone mentions Venezuela you know they know absolutely nothing about politics. The social democratic countries of Scandinavia are nestl6 to Labour policy. It’s like me pointing at countries in Sub Saharan Africa and linking th3mbto Conservatism in this country.
@DrDomPimenta
I vote Green for positive reasons. Commitment to environmental change and because they are closest to my world view. Labour under Corbyn won me back because they changed the narrative. We need a change of electoral system to make every vote count. I can’t vote least worst.

Paul changed my life. Spoke to us when we needed him. My love for this album can’t be measured.
Whatever your politics as Zack says basic common decency should be the minimum we expect from those wanting to take public office. Labour show us again and again that we cannot trust them with our vote.

It's hard to watch Newsnight. Just huge sorrow & heartbreak for

Who treats people like that? To find your whole campaign has been cancelled by an email a few days before nominations.
It's callous. It's cruel. And it's a mark of who they are.
Solidarity, Faiza.

On of the best, clearest thread on Thatcherite economics and its impact I’ve read in a long time. I usually link all the issues that are paralysing us as a country back to that pivotal economic and ideological government. Thinks must change but we have a continuity Chancellor.

Was Thatcher being anti Semitic when she used it to call my dad and his mates in our mining village the enemy within? There’s a stretch and there is stretch Armstrong.

The bloke on that interview was the one I voted for. Not necessarily of my political persuasion but human with an ability to communicate. He needs to free himself from his advisors and surround himself with people who are more personable and end the daft reliance on focus groups

@bbcnickrobinson
Not many people trust the BBC on news. It has veered increasingly to the hard right. There is too much cross over between its news editorial team and the Conservatives and on Brexit it’s almost a parody. Light yesrs behind C4 or even Sky. A once great institution dying slowly.

On the Iraq March. We marched with comrades certainly. We also marched with tories and people we had little in common with. Large scale demonstrations about massive issues don’t just attract those we agree with. Some issues are more important than political purity.
Some records defy description. Some records change the face of music. Some records make you smile. Some records make you think. Some records make you dance & full of joy. This one does all of that and more. De La Soul is From The Soul
