Today, during Pride month, my child was bullied for being themself. They choose to wear their pride flag at school today. Two older boys tried (and failed) to rip it off of them, and several others yelled f****t at them and deadnamed them. This has to stop! We need to be better!

@MaryFraserH We got our N95s, the kids masks were 💩. No HEPAs and no RATs. Students are eating lunch in the classroom or leaving school. Previous memo from the board says staff cannot eat together, so no good spot for lunch. Many are eating in cars, I’m opting to just wait until I get home.
