in my experience, therapists often ask challenging and thought-proking questions, but they don’t tell me what’s going on or throw labels on what i’m experiencing
is that different from what you’ve seen?
I have had more major life events in the L30D than normal:
- Got engaged
- Got married (surprise wedding ftw)
- 1st nephew was born!
- Quit my job
