Hi, I'm Jake. Been in therapy since I was 8, diagnosed with depression at 10. Lots of social anxiety. Was on medication throughout most of my childhood and into the college years. Haven't been consistent as of late in regards to seeing a therapist. But I'm pursuing my passion.

I think if I ever reach a certain point in my broadcasting career, I'd want to set up a scholarship or rewards program for aspiring announcers at D2/D3 schools. Just to try and level the playing field a little bit. Great broadcasters can and should come out of anywhere.

Next Saturday, I will be calling Landmark College's soccer game against Simon's Rock for WLMC. I have never called soccer before outside of practicing with Champions League games on TV so this will be a good learning experience.
