here in Halifax NS gyms are shut down.. and I rent from a private studio gym.I am not even allowed to go into this private studio.. ALONE.. & do a virtual Zoom class via my laptop ..but rent still has to be paid. Maybe I should take my laptop & set up a zoom workout in Costco?

I can not comment on the work of RCMP officers because I don’t have a sweet clue what they do on a daily basis. All I can say is Heidi Stevenson is a HERO.. and 21 other innocent lives were taken 💔 she went HEAD ON with a gunman basically saving us all. Thank you Heidi. 💙

I need to get a dental crown for one of my teeth. Here in Canada, a prosthodontist quoted me $2200 for the procedure. However, in Croatia, a prosthodontist will do it for just $500 CAD. And if i pay in cash they will give me another 10% off.

I grew up in Dartmouth Nova Scotia ( home of the BIGGEST BLACK POPULATION IN CANADA) Grades 1 through 9 I was NEVER TAUGHT BLACK HISTORY ...NOT ONE DAY! High School I choose to not study history. I chose Geography but zero history on Black Nova Scotians. Has that changed?

My special needs sister Vesna goes down to the Lobby every night from 6:30-7 p.m. to sit with her buddy Jerry, who is 84 and lost his wife 5 years ago... and they sit in silence... and it is the sweetest ❤️. This has been going on for the past two years.

When I was about 5 years old, my mom barely spoke any English, but she was a huge fan of Tina Turner & really wanted to see her concert in Halifax. She had no one to go with so went alone and left my dad at home with us. She still loves talking about that experience. RIP Tina.
