One broker in Gurgaon told me if you see any Harish Bakers or Om Bakers outlet in a market, consider that zone to be good enough for retail/online sales. This is how you learn from larger players. Now, small food shops in NCR look for our shop in markets to assess sales 🫡

When I opened Haristo Pizzeria in Aditya mall (Indirapuram), there was a Chaap Stall just outside my outlet. He used to do avg sales of 20k per day. (No seating) My sales were 8-10k per day 😅 (i had a seating capacity of 20 pax) Took me 4 months to touch that level.
