Simple routine clove + rosemary extract routine: 1. Soak in CLEAN, ROOM TEMPERATURE WATER for 48-72 hours in appropriate proportion. 2. Put extract in spray bottle; Apply to scalp. Massage it in. 3. May lock in moisture with essential oils.

As a Pharmacist, I can categorically tell you to delete “boiling” from your recipe. These plants contain volatile oils that are key to their function, and heating may deplete these oils. People think boiling “brings out the ingredients well.” Plot twist: It’s counterproductive.
